OECD Organizsation for Economic Co-operation and Development have recently their report for the better lifestyle rankings for 2013. Australia has for the third time in a row been listed as the most optimal country to live in. experts say that if you want a life filled with happiness, go to Australia.
OECD took 11 things into account when coming up with this list, including housing estates, average income, job opportunities, community environment, education, natural environment, participation of communities, healthy, satisfaction and work safety.
